The body was found lying on a bed covered with several blankets.
Following some neighbours' complaint about some foul smell emanating from the house, a police team from Loni border outpost broke open the house and recovered the body.
Neighbour told police that the family which was living in the house vacated it on Sunday night.
"We suspect that the youth might be a relative of the family that was living in the house," Loni border outpost in-charge Sanjay Singh said, adding that they were awaiting the post-mortem report.
