The 23-year-old former One Direction member was spotted holding hands with Hadid, who walked down the ramp for Tommy Hilfiger at the fashion week, reported Entertainment Tonight.
The couple was seen wearing ripped jeans and t-shirts.
Malik also took to Instagram, before Hadid's show to wish her all the best for the event.
He posted a black and white photo of the 21-year-old model by captioning it- "Good luck tonight baby."
Malik's appearance came just a few days after he cancelled an upcoming concert in Dubai due to extreme anxiety.
