Zing, lead slide on low demand
Prices of zinc and lead drifted lower by Rs 2 per kg at the non-ferrous metal market today owing to slackened demand from consuming industries.
Traders said sluggish demand from consuming industries at domestic spot market, mainly weighed on zinc and lead prices.
In the national capital, zinc ingot, lead ingot and lead importedwere down by Rs 2 each to Rs 124-130, Rs 123 and Rs 130 per kg respectively.
