Cabinet approves revision of spectrum cap for mobile carriers

MUMBAI (Reuters) - India's cabinet on Wednesday approved the revision of a cap on airwaves that a mobile operator can hold, the government said in a statement on Wednesday.

The move will allow telecoms players to trade airwaves and potentially improve participation in spectrum auctions.
