(The story corrects first paragraph to say Grisolia tapped as chief financial officer, not chief executive officer)
SAO PAULO (Reuters) - The board of Petróleo Brasileiro SA's fuel distribution unit tapped Rafael Salvador Grisolia as new Chief Financial Officer, according to a Monday securities filing, as it prepares for an initial public offering.
According to the filing, Grisolia is currently the Chief Financial Officer of brand manager InBrands SA, having served as an executive at several companies including oil major ExxonMobil Corp and energy firm Cosan SA Indústria e Comercio .
