Sensex edges higher; IT, telecom stocks gain

Reuters Market Eye - BSE Sensex up 0.19 percent, Nifty up 0.22 percent.

IT stocks gain after rupee falls to over nine-month low.

Infosys Ltd gains 0.8 pct, Tata Consultancy Services Ltd is up 0.4 percent.

Telecom stocks gain on additional spectrum report Bharti Airtel gains 2.2 percent, Idea Cellular is up 1.4 percent.
