Publicis Capital has got on board Manasi Kadne as executive creative director. Kadne moves from Ogilvy & Mather Mumbai. At Publicis Capital, she will lead the Mumbai office and the L’Oreal Garnier account. She will be reporting to Bobby Pawar, managing director and chief creative officer, Publicis South Asia. Kadne has 15 years of experience in advertising, with stints with Ogilvy & Mather, McCann Erickson, Leo Burnett, Mudra and SSC&B Lintas. She has worked on brands such as Google, McDonalds, UDV, Tata Sky, Axis Bank and Godrej.

Calling card
 
Truecaller has appointed Tejinder Gill as vice-president of sales and head of India operations, replacing Kari Krishnamurthy who will be moving to a new role at the company’s headquarters in Sweden. Gill joined Truecaller two months back from LinkedIn where he was part of the core team that launched the product in India in 2010.

Brand building
 
Indigo Consulting, the Leo Burnett Group’s full-service digital agency, has appointed Rajesh Ghatge as chief executive officer. He will lead the 300-plus employees across Indigo Consulting and Indigo iStrat. Ghatge will report to Saurabh Varma, chief executive officer, Leo Burnett, South Asia, and will be based out of the Mumbai office. He has 24 years of experience. Ghatge’s previous previous stint was with the start-up, iCare Life. He began his career in marketing and sales in 1997 and co-promoted Bates CHI and Sercon (erstwhile Sercon).

Simplilearn, a professional certification training provider, has appointed Mark Moran as chief marketing officer. He will oversee the company’s marketing initiatives, communications, and go-to-market strategy. Reporting to CEO Krishna Kumar, Moran will be based out of San Francisco, Simplilearn’s US headquarters.
