Dewan Housing Fd Downgraded

CARE has downgraded Dewan Housing Finance Corporation's fixed deposit debenture programme to Care AA- (FD) from Care AA (FD). The rating agency has also downgraded the Rs 13-crore NCD issue to Care AA- from Care AA. The Care BBB (FD) assigned to Lloyds Housing Finance fixed deposit programme has been withdrawn as the company hasn't used it so far. However, Lloyds was rated Care AA(SO) for its NCD (So). Godrch Finance and Investments was awarded Care BB (FD) for its Rs 1.25-crore FD issue.
