Dod May Suggest Ipcl Bifurcation

The department of disinvestment (DoD) is likely to suggest bifurcation of Indian Petrochemical Corporation Ltd (IPCL) for disinvestment purposes.

The department is expected to recommend selling the Baroda plant of the petrochem public sector unit to Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) and sell the other two crackers of the company as one unit or as stand alone units.
