Easy Solution

In the interest of democracy and for setting good political conventions, I appeal to all political parties to heed to the proposal put forward by Jayaprakash Narayan in 1969 for stemming defection, namely any MLA who changed colours should be denied office for the rest of his life. Simple, but an effective solution this.
