Kalinga Prize

Indian astrophysicist Jayant V Narlikar has been awarded the 1996 Unesco Kalinga prize for popularisation of science. Czech astronomer Jir Grygar shared the prize with him. They will receive the award at a function on March 31 in New Delhi.
