Paint major, Jenson & Nicholson (J&N) is approaching the market with a 17 per cent fully convertible issue of Rs 18.62 crore to part finance the company's plan for installation of 450 Jensomatic Automatic Dispensing mac-hines. The problem for this issue starts with the issuing instrument itself. First half of the FCD will be converted on allotment
