Order On St Kitts Case Reserved

Chief metropolitan magistrate Prem Kumar yesterday reserved orders on the chargesheet filed by the CBI in the St Kitts case. The order is expected today. CBI counsel C Sahay yesterday clarified that the agency had asked that K L Verma and Larry Kolb "" two of the accused "" be discharged since there was not enough evidence against them. Those accused by the CBI in the case include former Prime Minister Narasimha Rao, godman Chandraswami, his associate Kailash Nath Aggarwal and former Union minister K K Tewary.
