Noted jurist and economist, Nani Palkhivala today said he was sad that The Economists latest list of 30 most attractive nations for investments excludes India. Economic intelligence unit, a sister organisation of the Economist magazine, had rated the business environment of the 58 countries using indicators such as market potential, tax and labour-market policies, infrastructure, skills, and the political environment, which appeared in the latest issue of the magazine.
