Ravindra Gupta Is Doe Secretary

Ravindra Gupta, an IAS officer of the 1966 batch of the UP cadre, has taken over as the secretary in the department of electronics. Gupta was principal secretary in the Uttar Pradesh industry department prior to this, according to an official release here yesterday.He succeeds Shyamal Ghosh, the release added.
