Rs 132cr Spent On Narmada Rehab

A sum of Rs 132.44 crore has been spent on rehabilitation of 7,419 families affected by the Sardar Sarovar Project in the beneficiary states of Gujarat, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh, at Kevadia village, about 120 km from Baroda. Residential plots have been given to 4,431 project-affected families of Gujarat, 639 of Maharashtra and 2,449 of Madhya Pradesh.
