Soybean prices on Friday remained bearish, falling by 100-150 rupees on limited demand from processing plants, dealers said. Soyoil prices were down by Rs 100 per tonne. Business volumes were dull and the undertone was easy.

Soymeal and rapeseed extraction prices remained bearish in thin trade as export demand was poor.

Soymeal yellow was $278-281 per tonne FAS (Free alongside ship) west coast Indian ports for export. Rapeseed extraction was $104-105 per tonne FAS (Free alongside ship) in bulk for export and was 3,550-3,600 rupees per tonne in FOR (Free on rail) condition. The undertone was easy.
