Tvse, Modular Systems For Multi-Lingual Software

Chennai-based computer peripherals manufacturer TVS Electronics (TVSE) announced a joint venture with Pune-based Indian language software company, Modular Systems, to form a new entity, Modular Infotech.

Under the agreement, the parent company Modular Systems would bring to Modular Infotech multilingual software products and skills, and TVSE would contribute its strength of marketing and distribution channels, new products and partners.

The two companies plan to develop Indian language Web-based tools, application services and solutions, database tools and infrastructure components in addition to promoting existing products at Modular Infotech.
