Discoverture Solutions to ramp up headcount to 1,200

US-based information technology solutions and services provider Discoverture Solutions, with focus on insurance and healthcare, is looking to ramp up the headcount at its Bhubaneswar centre from 200 at present to 1200 in the next 2-3 years.

"Our current employee strength is around 200 and we are looking to scale it up to 1200 over the next 2-3 years. The company is going to add one more block to accommodate these employees", Sanjay Kanungo, co-founder and executive vice president, Discoverture Solutions told media persons here.

The company has spent Rs 6 crore in setting up a new facility at the Infocity-II area of the city. With this modern facility having a built-up area of 38,000 sq ft, Discoverture Solutions expects to deliver value to its clients.

Construction on this five-storeyed, 650-seater facility began in August 2008 and was completed recently. This state-of-the-art facility houses modern offices for software engineering and administrative functions.

The building is equipped with its own kitchen, dining hall, gym, volley ball and basket ball courts and guest suites.

The company started its operations in the city from the Orissa Computer Application Centre (OCAC) in 2003 and subsequently moved to rented premises at the Mancheswar Industrial Estate.
