| Recently, FTD completed the entire system design, circuit design, layout, testing and verification of a DC-DC converter. The chip is being fabricated in TOKO's foundry in Japan. |

| Both the companies have signed a long-term agreement. "We have been focusing on analog and mixed signal design for the past six years. The tie-up with TOKO will further consolidate and strengthen our capabilities," FTD India President N Ramakrishnan said. |

It has a strong focus on end-to-end solutions in the areas of semiconductor design and embedded software development. |
