HP launches advanced technology centre in B'lore

| The centre is the first of its kind by the company in the Asia-Pacific region and will showcase HP's latest range of technology innovations including servers, storage and software solutions, the company said. |
| Announcing the launch of the advanced technology centre in Bangalore on Thursday, Pallab Talukdar, director (enterprise marketing and alliances), HP India, said the centre would provide an opportunity for the company's customers, field personnel and partners to understand the entire length and breadth of HP's product portfolio. |
| "Visitors to the ATC can experience first hand the value-creation and value-based solutions in areas such as virtualisation, security, storage and software solutions from HP that addresses emerging business challenges," Talukdar said. |
| Dinesh Sharma, lab director, HP STSD, said the demos at ATC would be real and live, and would be done by the engineers and experts who actually created the products. |
| "Besides, we will have a moving van called 'concept corner', to demo before customers the existing products and those that are on the anvil," he added. |
| The company has also announced the launch of the next generation data centre. The data centre will be fully automated and function round-the-clock to meet the emerging business challenges of enterprises, Talukdar informed. |
