Order and Chaos Online is a massively multiplayer online role playing game (MMORPG) for smartphones. Developed by mobile game developer Gameloft, this game boasts of being a one-of-a-kind mobile game. It is free to play, and though has in-app purchases, one can advance without them.
Order and Chaos Online is similar to World of Warcraft (WoW) though not as complex as WoW. The dungeons in the game and the appearance of the world resemble those in WoW. The game offers character customisation, which can be updated as one moves forward in the game. It is a non-linear, open-ended game where, apart from quests, one can battle in arenas or duel with other online players. Certain quests are given to the character, but there is no major quest line. Some quests only have a single task, whereas others lead up to 10-15 sub-quests. The quests and enemies get more challenging as one rises up the levels. Gameplay is simple and one can easily navigate through the world.
Order and Chaos also provides characters with mounts when they reach level 20. The mounts can be caught in the wild and are popular in the game. One has the option of playing on different region-based servers. However, the game speed isn't affected much if you play on, say, the US server. In the arena option, one can battle different players to receive special gear. There are four dedicated arenas for level 70.
The game does not follow any storyline and consists of independent accounts. There are various animals and enemies, like wolves and goblins, one can "farm" (kill) in order to rise up a level. The game also offers the option of guilds and parties. One can be a part of a guild and go on quests together, while parties can be formed with as less as two players.
Order and Chaos Online is a great option for playing with a friend, as one can add players to their friend list and call upon them in the time of need. It also consists of a chat option wherein one can talk globally with all the players on the server, along with the option of having a private chat with one's party/guild member.
The game is large in size, over 2GB, so, it is recommended that one play and download it over Wifi. It is available on iOS, Windows and Android.
