Tata Tele in Prince Infocity

Tata Teleservices Ltd (TTSL) has acquired 75,000 sft of built-up space for Rs 28 crore in the newly-built Prince Infocity II here developed by Prince Foundations Ltd. The facility will be used for its tele communication business.

The developer has also leased 1,50,000 sft in the same building to another IT company 3i Infotech, which is a subsidiary of ICICI. 3i Infotech has consolidated its 4 offices in the city into a single facility in this building. The developer is also in the process of finalising another 200,000 sft on lease to a multinational IT company.
