Mires B.V proposes to buy Dr Datsons Labs
The Mumbai-based has already receive a letter of interest from the European pharma firm to acquire
Mires B.V, a European based pharma company, is reportedly eyeing to buy the Mumbai-based Dr Datsons Labs Ltd – the Mumbai-based pharmaceutical company, which is the third-largest quinine salts manufacturer in the world. Dr Datsons Labs Ltd has informed BSE that the company has received letter of interest from Mires B.V to buy Dr Datsons Labs. Mires has proposed to buy majority stake in the target company.
