The Mumbai-based Pidilite Industries has acquired the adhesive business of the Ahmedabad-based Bluecoat Private Limited for Rs 263.57 crore. Bluecoat Pvt Ltd offers a wide range of adhesive and textile printing chemicals under the brand name 'Bluecoat'. The company has its manufacturing facility at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.
