Skipper Ltd, the Kolkata-based manufacturer of power transmission & distribution structures and water infrastructure, has secured new orders worth approximately Rs 200 crores from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited. The company added that it was favourably placed for contracts worth another Rs 300 crore with PGCIL. These orders are predominantly for 765 kv double circuit transmission tower supply to various PGCIL projects and transmission line construction on turnkey basis.
