Exide Industries invests Rs 29.99 cr in subsidiary - Exide Energy Solutions

Exide Industries has invested Rs 29.99 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary, Exide Energy Solutions (EESL) through rights issue. With this , the company's total investment in EESL stands at Rs 1900 crore. There is no change in the shareholding percentage of the Company in EESL pursuant to such an acquisition.
