GICRE board approves incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary in UK

The Board of General Insurance Corporation of India at its meeting held on 03 February 2025 has accorded in-principle approval for the incorporation of GIC Re, India Service Company, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company of the Corporation.
