Hindustan Construction Company update on proposed rights issue

The Board of Hindustan Construction Company has approved the letter of offer dated 12 March 2024 to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India, National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE (BSE) for the proposed rights issue not exceeding Rs 350 crore.
