Sona BLW Precision Forgings has received a request from M/s. Singapore VII Topco III and M/s. BCP Topco I (Promoter/Promoter Group) to reclassify them as Public Category.

The request for reclassification will be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company in their next board meeting.
