UTI Asset Management Company has allotted 80,605 equity shares under ESOS. Post the aforesaid allotment, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company shall be increased from Rs 1,27,29,32,170 (12,72,93,217 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each) to Rs 1,27,37,38,220 (12,73,73,822 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each).
