ICICI Prudential AMC begins roadshows for $1.1 billion public issue
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Co, second-largest asset manager, has begun investor roadshows ahead of its planned initial public offering, according to people familiar with the matter.
Backed by the UK’s Prudential Plc and ICICI Bank Ltd, the firm is targeting a late October launch for the first-time share sale, the people said, asking not to be identified as the information is private. The IPO involves the sale of 17.65 million shares, or a 10 per cent stake held by Prudential, and could raise as much as ₹10,000 crore ($1.1 billion), the people said.
GK Energy’s IPO booked 89x on concluding day
The initial public offering (IPO)of GK Energy Ltd, received a whopping 89.62 times subscription as it drew to a close on Tuesday. The ₹464-crore IPO got bids for 1,98,77,78,982 shares against 2,21,80,828 shares on offer, as per data available with the NSE. Meanwhile, Solar panel maker Saatvik Green Energy's IPO got 6.57 times subscription on the closing day of bidding.
