Cold wave, fog grip Kashmir Valley

Srinagar (J-K), Dec 10 (ANI): Jammu and Kashmir is enveloped in thick layer of fog since few days. The valley is under cold wave's grip with freezing temperature. Normal lives have been affected. Air traffic is also suspended due to fog. Temperature in Srinagar is constantly going below 0 degree Celsius.
