Shahjahanpur (Uttar Pradesh), Sep 30 (ANI): Congress leader Jitin Prasada has put under preventive custody in UP's Shahjahanpur. Congress wanted to hold a march to highlight the plight of the Shahjahnpur rape victim but administration didn't allow.
