'Gross Happiness' is as important as GDP, its basic foundation is education: Pranab Mukherjee

New Delhi, Sep 06 (ANI): Attending an event in Delhi, Former president Pranab Mukherjee said that Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is not enough as a parameter of economic growth. He said, "The world today is not merely talking about Gross Domestic Product (GDP), world wants more. A new concept has come that GDP is important but side by side Gross Happiness is also important and its basic foundation is education.
