Bush, Lula agree to promote bio-fuel Brazil and the United States have agreed to co-operate in promoting biofuel, and expressed hope to work on the Doha Round of global trade talks. Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva and US President George W. Bush toured a biofuel facility of state energy company Petrobras. Lula announced a bilateral agreement and said the two countries should encourage other countries to diversify their energy sources. (ANI)
