Further to our earlier letters dated 10th February 2025 on equity investment in a SPV for Group captive consumption of renewable energy we hereby update you that the company will be subscribing additional equity in sunsure solar park twenty four private limited which will result in the increase of our shareholding from 9.78% to 17.38% in the aforesaid company.A detailed disclosures as required by SEBI LODR regulations are given below

We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors based on the unaudited financial results may recommend Second Interim Dividend for the financial year ending 31st March 2026 if any to the equity shareholders of the Company. The Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending 31st December 2025 will be sent to you within the prescribed timeline of closure of the Board Meeting. The unaudited financial results will be published in (i) Business Standard - In English (ii) Makkal Kural - In Tamil.
