Further to our earlier letters dated 10th February 2025 on equity investment in a SPV for Group captive consumption of renewable energy we hereby update you that the company will be subscribing additional equity in sunsure solar park twenty four private limited which will result in the increase of our shareholding from 9.78% to 17.38% in the aforesaid company.A detailed disclosures as required by SEBI LODR regulations are given below
