B. L. Kashyap And Sons Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025

Certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 for the quarter ended 31st December 2025

The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relative from January 01 2026.

The Company has secured a new order worth Rs. 364.07 crores.

Credit ratings on the Bank facilities of the Company have been upgraded by CRISIL Ratings.
