Bambhania promoter and Managing Director of the Company has acquired 26000 equity shares of the Company by virtue of off-market trade of equity shares through gift accordingly disclosures given by acquirer and sellers under Form-C prescribed under Regulation 7(2) of SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 and disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations 2011 given by the acquirer are attached herewith for public dissemination.
