Sarthak Global Ltd. is a limited company incorporated on 19 April 1985 and registered Share Transfer Agent from SEBI since 1995. The company's main product is into the business of wholesale of agriculture raw materials and rendering of service as Registrar and share transfer agent for various activities of clientele companies & serving more than 1 lakh shareholders. In compliance with SEBI's circular of single point share transfer & demat activities the Company has taken direct electronic connectivity from both depositories i.e. the National Securities Depository Ltd. (NSDL) & the Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL).During FY 2015-16 the company liquidated its associate companies viz. Samradhi Real Estates Pvt. Ltd. and Promise Securities Pvt. Ltd.
