Wintac receives US FDA certification for Bangalore facility
The US revokes the warning letter which it had issued to Wintac in February 2012 due to GMP norm violations

Wintac Ltd has informed BSE that the company has received the US FDA approval for the plant (which manufactures pharmaceutical formulations - sterile injections and ophthalmic products) at Nelamangala, Bangalore. With the US FDA has vacated the warning letter, which it had issued to Wintac in February 2012 on certain GMP issues.
Wintac manufactures pharmaceutical products under three categories - critical care, opthalmic and injectable.
