As per the companys code of conduct framed pursuant to the SEBI(PIT) Regulations 2015 and circular no. LIST/COMP/01-2019-20 April 02 2019 the trading window for dealing in shares of the company by the directors KMP and designated persons shall remain closed from 01st January 2026 till 48 hours of the declaration of Financial results of the company for the quarter ended 31.12.2025 (both days inclusive).
