In terms of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in compliance with the terms of Code of Conduct the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st January 2026 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2025 to the public.
