Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that the Company has received the approval letter for shifting of its Registered Office from the National Capital Territory of Delhi to the State of Gujarat. A copy of the said approval letter is enclosed herewith for reference.
