Pursuant to regulation 9 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain close for the purpose of consideration of financial results for the period ended September 30 2025 from 1st october 2025 until expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of results to the stock exchange.
