With reference to the earlier letter dated September 30 2021 intimating the date of Board Meeting scheduled to be held on November 12 2021 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30 2021 (Q2) Amara Raja Batteries Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors at the said meeting would also consider inter alia payment of interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2021-22.
