To consider and approve the intimation of appointment of Secretarial Auditor.The said Board meeting Commenced at 10.00 AM and concluded at 02.45 PM.These are also being made available on the website of the Company at http://www.amarjothi.net and the results will be published in newspapers as required under the Listing Regulations.
