Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with sub-para 20 Para A Para A Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we would like to inform you that a matter was pending before the Honble High Court of Orissa under Section 482 of the code of Criminal Procedure 1973 (CRLMC No. 2091 of 2022) in respect of its Subsidiary Company i.e. ARSS Damoh Hirapur Tolls Private Limited which was disposed of by the Honble High Court of Orissa vide its Judgement Order dated 13.02.2025 which is published on 01.03.2025.
