We are in receipt of your email dated July 3 2023. IN this regard We submit that the Company has not issued any non-convertible securities during the FY 2023-24 and there are no outstanding non-convertible securities as on June 30 2023. Since there are no obligations for payment of interest/dividend/principle for non-convertible securities for the quarter ended June 30 2023 the provisions of Reg 57(5) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 are not applicable to the Company.
